Things to do in Palawan.
The long island province has three separate bases, and tours leave from each of them, not from one centre: Puerto Princesa in the middle, El Nido in the north and Coron across the water. Each card names the town its tour leaves from.
Puerto Princesa Underground River
The subterranean river at Sabang, inside a UNESCO World Heritage site: a paddle boat into the cave system under the Saint Paul mountain range. The small-group day below adds the Sabang zipline, which runs out over the sea, and a mangrove paddle-boat tour at Cabayugan.
How to book: Book online in advance (the park caps daily visitors, and the operator arranges the permit); the tour departs Puerto Princesa, with pickup from city hotels.

Coron island's greatest hits in one boat day: Kayangan Lake, Barracuda Lake, the Twin Lagoon, the Skeleton Wreck reef and the coral garden, with a buffet lunch served on board.
How to book: Book online in advance; the tour departs Coron Town, with pickup from hotels in Coron Town Proper and a meeting point at Lualhati Park for guests staying further out.

Bacuit Bay the slower way: a small-group catamaran out of El Nido to the Big Lagoon and Secret Beach, with a private beach stop for lunch, instead of the standard bangka circuit of the lettered tours.
How to book: Book online in advance; the yacht sails from El Nido town and group numbers are kept small, so it sells out ahead in season.
