About this event
Panagbenga, the Baguio Flower Festival, runs across February 2027, with the street dance and floral float parades on the closing weekend along Session Road. Basis: the festival is fixed to February each year and the 2026 edition ran 1 February to 8 March 2026; the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation had not published the 2027 programme as of September 2026, so the record carries the February span and grades expected.
