About this event
PBA Season 51 opens in March 2027 and runs to December 2027 with twelve teams and no guest teams, playing mainly at SM Mall of Asia Arena and Smart Araneta Coliseum with provincial legs, and pausing for the FIBA windows including the World Cup. Basis: Tiebreaker Times, 16 October 2026, quoting Commissioner Willy Marcial on the Season 51 framework, a March opening, a December close and a three conference format; conference by conference dates follow in league announcements, so the record carries the season span and grades expected.
